FIVE-STRONG SEVENHILLS LINE-UP AT VARANO AS MAFFIA DEBUTS

SevenHills Motorsport returns to action in the fiery setting of the RS Cup this weekend at Varano and, as always, fields a large group of Renault Clios. There are four Turbo 1600s, with the quick Tartabini, Stefani and Bonifazi joined by a new Over 50 driver: Pier Alberto Maffia from the Marche, who has plenty of experience in the Super Cup, ATCC and Trofeo Italia Classico. The Renault New Clio 2000 naturally aspirated car of Massimo Massaro is also confirmed, as he continues his duel with Nunzio Anastasi, with Mario Beltrami also in the mix. The race format is the classic one, with qualifying late on Saturday morning. Race 1 is on Sunday morning at 09:25, again over twenty minutes, with Race 2 over the same distance in the afternoon.
